Nutech asbestos and cement sheet sealer is manufactured using the latest technology, cross-linking alkaline curing acrylic emulsions. Nutech asbestos sealer gives improved adhesion and surface binding properties. Nutech asbestos sealer is a non-yellowing clear primer which is fully compatible with all Nutech topcoat systems.

Nutech asbestos and cement sealer is a saturation/penetration coating suitable for both porous and non-porous asbestos and masonry surfaces. Application of the sealer prevents dusting and deterioration of asbestos sheeting protecting adjacent environments from the risk of asbestos related health problems.

One saturation coat of Nutech asbestos sealer is recommended followed by two top coats of either TileFlex, NuFlex or Colourfast. On more porous or brittle asbestos surfaces it is recommended to apply a high build intermediate coating such as GP Primer, NuBond or SS Membrane, before applying any of our topcoats.

Nutech asbestos sealer has undergone rigourous testing and special consideration has been given to ensure that the chemical composition and compatibility of Nutech asbestos sealer is suitable for Australian, New Zealand, South-East Asian and UK conditions.

Nutech asbestos sealer is a stable non-yellowing coating which retains flexibility and strength. Surfaces treated with Nutech Orgo-Clean or Hypo roof cleaner, and then sealed with with product provide excellent resistance against lichen, moss,bacteria and mould regrowth.
