Nutech A/C Anti-Corrosive metal primer is a waterbased co-polymer acrylic coating designed as a primer for new and weathered galvanised and metal sheet roofing.Nutech A/C metal primer is supplied in a standard mid-grey colour suitable for over coating with either TileFlex, NuFlex or Colourfast.

Nutech A/C anti-corrosive metal primer is an acrylic coating which demonstrates exceptional adhesion on a range of substrates including metal and masonry surfaces. The coating provides good chemical resistance, weatherability and ease of application by brush, roller or airless spray.

The coating is suitable for all metal roofing and can be used as a primer over Colorbond/colorsteel and other coated metal sheet roofing products.

Surfaces primed with Nutech anti-corrosive metal primer perform exceptionally under conditions of hot, cold and wet weather, provided they are correctly prepared.

  Guidelines:
 

The surface should be cleaned to remove all contaminants, dirt and any loose coating. A suitable surface is usually achieved by using high pressure water cleaner (>2500Psi). New galvanised sheets heavily contaminated with oil and machine libricants on the surface must first be washed with a suitable solvent.

Nutech anti-corrosive metal primer used for metal sheet roofing should be over coated with either TileFLex, NuFlex or Colourfast within a week of application to prevent external exposure damaging the metal primer.
